"Y’all I have to share! Today my daughter got her braces out. I was speaking with the office staff, particularly the front office associate, and asking how she liked working here. The answer I got was just as I thought, so I begin telling her that the environment here is felt by us here as customers. The ethics that shined through the doctor, him being so personable, treating you as a person not just another patient/customer was not something you find these days. The whole office staff work fluidly together, and just all do their part never skipping a beat. Just the whole energy of the environment because of the efforts the doctors and the staff put into their work is felt from the moment you step in. The work performed has been wonderful along this whole process! These people keep you informed as well. Thank you for all that you do!"

"This is an exceptional office. Everyone is always so kind and friendly and they have been very accommodating anytime we have needed a quick adjustment. I have boys age 9 and 10 both in braces with them right now and it has been a very pleasant experience. All staff and Dr. Rasmussen have been very patient with one of mine who has a lot of energy and asks a lot of questions due to anxiety. They always take their time with him and explain what they are doing."

"I’ve had a delightful experience with Dr Razz and his crew at Shaw. Given that I had traditional braces twice in my life and since I’m an older guy, I was very hesitant about starting this process yet again. I chose the Invisalign process and it has been great. At a little over 5 months my teeth are the best they have been in my life. I highly recommend the Invisalign process to anyone seeking to improve their smile. It’s fast if you wear the trays as directed. Furthermore, wearing the trays is not intrusive. I forget they are in most of the time.Highly recommend Dr Razz, his team, and the Invisalign process."

"Dr. Rasmussen and his entire staff make this process a great experience! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. From our intakes where Natalie and Dr. R walked us through the options, long term plan, and financial options with such patience, detail, and care to the actual application of our kiddo’s expander and now braces where Tanya and Valerie take time to walk us through every detail and every step of the process. Tanya even shared what sensations our kid was going to feel when cranking the expander, and Valerie took time to show us how to use the flossing tools so we would feel confident! Natalie was always there to answer questions as they came in and helped us figure out the best financial option! And Dr. R is not up selling anything! He is looking at your kid’s teeth and telling you what is the best for your particular case. This is dedicated customer service with great care for each patient! So happy we are a part of the Shaw Orthodontics family! Oh, and Meghan will always greet you with a smile and make sure when you walk in and out of those doors, you have all you need! "Our Family is so pleased with Shaw Orthodontics! My 9 year old son was referred to Shaw Orthodontist by his Dentist. We were able to quickly book an appointment with Dr. Rasmussen. On the day of my son’s appointment, we were made welcome in their office almost instantaneously. Natalie went over my son’s treatment plan and broke down the cost, something that I was worried about. The payment plan options were much appreciated!!! Dr. Rasmussen came in and spent time with us. He thoroughly explained the phase one treatment plan and took time to really make sure that I was comfortable and understood the process. My son got his braces put on that same day!Over the course of his treatment, my son had a few hiccups as far as a broken bracket and loose wires, due to eating harder foods that he wasn’t supposed to eat 😬. Holly was always able to squeeze us in and the team was able to fix the problem and get his mouth back to feeling more comfortable.1/26/23 Today my son got his braces off and we are thrilled with the results! It was hard to believe that my son’s teeth could change in such a short period of time. His new smile is such a confidence booster for himself. I can’t thank the Shaw Orthodontics team enough for your concern for Ivan, as well as for genuinely showing that you care."

"We are sooo so pleased with Shaw Orthodontics in Watauga. My child had a previous retainer from a pallet expansion, and the first day we went in to see Dr Shaw he was able to evaluate her teeth, remove the retainer and go ahead with braces that same day. They worked with my financial needs and helped me set up a workable payment plan.We’ve been in treatment with Dr Shaw’s office now for almost 2 years and they always do a fantastic job. The staff and techs are high energy and always friendly, and Shaw is very outgoing and funny. If a bracket breaks or a wire is poking, I’m able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time for my daughter. Shaw’s office is always going fun contests and prize drawings, and cool Instagram and FB contests. My kiddos treatment is nearing the end, so we’ll be sad to not see this doc anymore. Though I may consider Invisalign in the future for myself. I would definitely come here!"

"I have been with shaw ortho since they took over the office in watauga from Janet Stenson and both practices did awesome ortho work on my daughter but I am leaving this review to tell my appreciation to the reception Carrie because a situation came up at the end of my daughters 1st stage of braces claiming I still owed almost 400 dollars after I had paid in full at the beginning and because of some billing issues between the insurance company and doctor Stenson I still had to pay the remaining balance but carrie had this taken care of so just what to say thank you and y'all are awesome"

Dr. Shaw is so thorough in explaining why this is happening with your teeth and with a solution. I go back in December for my braces and I wouldn't want anyone else to place them! "Guys, you cannot imagine the things I’ve been through with my previous ortho and what all has happened with my braces experience. I saw an ad on Facebook for Dr. Shaw’s practice and got in touch with Kristina immediately. She was GREAT and extremely helpful even before meeting me! Once I was there, I felt more at ease (other than the horrid photos) than I’ve ever felt being at a general dentist or at an orthodontist with her and Dr. Shaw! This place is absolutely AMAZING. If you get the chance, go! You just won’t understand until you’re there. One visit is all it took! 10 stars, not just 5."
"Both of our children have had their teeth straightened by Dr. Stinson. Our son had his first round of braces with a Dr. in Mansfield and we were so unhappy with the experience. A big, super fancy office filled with movie viewing rooms, video games and very unfriendly people (really expensive too). The doctor almost never spoke with us and he would not have said hello if I walked past him on the street. Dr. Stinson is wonderful and so is her staff. Everyone is very friendly and they truly seem to care about our family. I would not hesitate to recomend her to friends and family; our kids teeth look great. Todd A"
