We are fairly new to Shaw Orthodontics and from day one everyone has been kind, welcoming, and professional. The wonderful lady who helped us schedule our very first appointment made us feel comfortable from the start. After several unexpected family emergencies and medical expenses, we made the difficult last-minute decision to cancel our daughter’s braces treatment. Instead of turning us away, the team worked with us financially so she could still receive the care she needs. A special thank you to Lachelle, the financial coordinator, for listening with compassion and going above and beyond to help us find a solution. My daughter has had a great experience with her braces so far and we love the weekly remote monitoring through the app that keeps her orthodontist updated on her progress.
