"The whole crew from the receptionists up to dr shaw was very nice, sweet, friendly smiling the whole time and very knowledgeable with any questions that I had and they are a great group I 100 percent recommend shaw orthodontics. And I just spoke with Sarah about switching my Invisalign over to braces she was upfront and honest and told me that she wasn't to sure about how all that worked so I just told her that I would stick with the Invisalign and she was very sweet and patient with me and as knowledgeable as she could be about my questions and answered them to the best of her ability now that's what I call great customer service way to go shaw orthodontics and staff"
"This office is amazing. I have been to other orthos and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. Everyone there is extremely friendly and it is over all an amazing environment. I had the pleasure of getting Marcy for my first Invisalign appt and she was wonderful. She talked me through everything and was extremely personable. She’s not only good at her job but she is good with people. She made something that is not super enjoyable very easy going and fun for me. I no longer dread the orthodontist with her and this office."
