"First of all, they seamlessly picked up our treatment from a fellow office in Midland, Texas without extra cost. From start to finish they have consistently exceeded our expectations. The wait times are very low. We are always in and out quickly, but never feel rushed. If we wait ten minutes they are apologizing. They are thorough in answering questions and making sure my kids are comfortable and own their own experience. They have also been abundantly patient with my son’s set backs. Would recommend 10/10."

He paid attention to every tiny detail and truly cared about the final result just as much as I did.His patience, perfectionism, and dedication completely transformed my smile. "I would recommend Shaw Orthodontics 100%! from beginning to end the experience was excellent, great atmosphere , friendly staff, doctor Shaw was very friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable, everything was explained to me till all my questions were answered, never felt pressure into buying anything “extra”, cost was pretty much the same as any other place we went to and they offered great financing options! Doctor Shaw’s assistant was very nice to my daughter and made her feel at ease even answering a couple of a couple of personal questions :) the office was clean and everything was in place. 100% recommended!!!"

"All 3 of my kids use Shaw Orthodontics, they are the best, so sweet and diligent. The staff are the best and my kids look forward to going to them each time. They are very helpful when the kids are having a hard time with removing their aligners and patiently show them how to remove them however many yes it takes for the kids to get it down. The orthodontist is very sweet and friendly. And you can tell he enjoys what he does and shows it. I definitely recommend them to anyone that has children that need their teeth corrected, they are the place to go."

She went above and beyond to make sure this experience went as smoothly as possible. I have super high anxiety when it comes to any type of dental work and Madison and Dr. Shaw, very patiently, made these past few years completely seamless. I trust them completely. And I just spoke with Sarah about switching my Invisalign over to braces she was upfront and honest and told me that she wasn't to sure about how all that worked so I just told her that I would stick with the Invisalign and she was very sweet and patient with me and as knowledgeable as she could be about my questions and answered them to the best of her ability now that's what I call great customer service way to go shaw orthodontics and staff"

I had the pleasure of getting Marcy for my first Invisalign appt and she was wonderful. She talked me through everything and was extremely personable. She’s not only good at her job but she is good with people. She made something that is not super enjoyable very easy going and fun for me. I no longer dread the orthodontist with her and this office."

"Shaw Orthodontics of Rockwall has opened a new office in Greenville! For those who live in Royse City, Caddo Mills, Greenville and other surrounding areas, this is an excellent new location. It’s located off of the I-30 service road in Greenville in between Walmart and Home Depot, next to the Shogun Japanese restaurant. Dr. Shaw and staff have done a wonderful job with this new office. It’s beautiful! And the staff is wonderful with our young child. They bend over backwards to make the kids feel very comfortable, all while giving high quality orthodontic care. I highly recommend Shaw Orthodontics!!!!"
