"First of all, they seamlessly picked up our treatment from a fellow office in Midland, Texas without extra cost. From start to finish they have consistently exceeded our expectations. The wait times are very low. We are always in and out quickly, but never feel rushed. If we wait ten minutes they are apologizing. "We started off at another ortho for my 1st child. It was way more difficult than I cared for, so we switched to Shaw. It was night and day in every way. I've had 2 kids in braces/invisalign, and now about to put my 3rd in them. In a couple years, my last will be in them. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They take the difficulty and sting out of the whole process."

One of her buttons for the rubber bands fell off hours after placement, I appreciate the fact that they were able to accommodate us with their busy schedule for replacement. "This review has been long overdue, but Dr. Shaw is the person to see for all things orthodontics in the DFW area. I transferred from another orthodontist in Pflugerville, who I barely got to see after my first Invisalign appointment because they relied on their staff. This is not the case with Dr. Shaw. He checked my teeth and made sure to see me every single appointment. He even cut my Invisalign treatment almost in half! Dr. Shaw and the rest of the staff are extremely personable and made me look forward to each appointment. The celebration after I finished my treatment was also incredibly sweet and a nice touch. "This place has been perfect to get my teen son on track to a better, stronger and beautiful smile! In the beginning of our journey, we went to 3 different orthodontists for quotes and treatment plans assessments(I'm big on 2nd and 3rd opinions) But Shaw won us! The only con for us was they are a little bit of a drive for us, but they were so helpful ,even when my son ran out of rubber bands they'd drop them in the mailand mail then to us, and the care was worth the traffic Lol.
