The staff is always very friendly, appointments are on time and Dr. Shaw does a great job explaining things in detail and is very friendly, knowledgeable and is really great with kids.
I just started with invisalign express. Shaw Orthodontics has been great to work with.
I've got 1 in phase 1 of braces and 2 that will need to start phase 2 in the next few years. I have never felt rushed or pressured to start the process sooner than necessary. I feel like the providers genuinely want the best for their patients and don't force things to increase their income. Will definitely continue to use Dr. Shaw & his staff for future needs.
